2017 Charitable Initiative
Since the beginning of our Charitable Initiative in 2013, Norwex has donated over $550,000 to Consultant-nominated non-profit organisations through our worldwide giving programs. This year, we hope to create a bigger impact in our communities by donating at least $50,000 globally to organisations focused on creating brighter futures for our children.

The Washed Ashore Project is a non-profit, community-based organization with a mission of educating and creating awareness about marine debris and plastic pollution through art. Washed Ashore is a project of The Artula Institute for Arts & Environmental Education, whose mission is to provide opportunities to express and teach environmental issues through the arts. "Living Ocean is a charity that was founded in 2010 that promotes the awareness of human impact on the ocean, through research, education, creative activity in the community, and support of others who sustain ocean health and integrity. The goal of Living Ocean is to create a positive behaviour change within the community by encouraging more sustainable consumption of items such as plastic bags, bottles and coffee cup lids."

"Motor Neurone Disease (MND) NSW is the only association in NSW/ACT working to support people living with all types of motor neurone disease, their families and carers. It has been estimated that about one in four human diseases is linked, in part, to environmental factors. One of these diseases is MND. MND NSW aims to improve the quality of life of MND sufferers and their families."

"The 809 Foundation mission is to extend care and quality of life for cancer sufferers released from hospital without hope. Their purpose is to help New Zealanders fight cancer naturally and their aim is to raise awareness of natural therapies and raise funds to subsidise high dose Intravenous Vitamin C (IVC) for those without the means to pay themselves; to extend care and improve the quality of life of cancer sufferers released from hospital without hope."

"Allergy and other immune diseases are amongst the fastest growing chronic and complex health conditions affecting children and adults in Australasia. The Allergy and Immunology Foundation of Australasia is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with allergy and other immune diseases by funding medical research and raising public awareness. This knowledge will lead to earlier diagnosis, strategies for prevention, better treatments and potential cures."
